You could be right, as we were never able to get the Tidal Plugin Box Checked. Despite reloading PcP 5 times, Deleting Tidal from MySB.com, re-adding it etc. He is now going to try another Computer with a different Browser. I had no trouble on my Laptop with his MySB.com Account..
