when its guts are melting? In this case it probably will not be a show
stopper for me, as I am not shooting like this anyway. As for the heat
of the day, it will get its share, that you can rest assured of ;-).
From what I've read, the sensor can go a little flakey (green lines) when
the internal temp hits 35ÂșC or higher. OTOH, I don't know if the sensor has
to hit that temp or if that is how hot the heat off the sensor has to make
the thermometer (this could be significantly different temps).
I doubt that it would be an issue unless you tend to do lots of live view
or video. I do neither.
