When anyone has a different idea and things become too complicated, nothing 
good (nothing at all, at best) will result. OK, let's enjoy the nice work 
done (thanks Mark, once again!) and be happy with it.
Anybody wishing to put together a special edition book, customized by a 
signed print of his/her own, is encouraged to buy more books and do that. 
After all, isn't that already good?
