As an alternative, how about adding a signature page to the book?
We each scan our signatures, send them off to you, and you + Mark
Roberts
create a 1-off, signed, high quality paper, hard cover copy for ebay
auction.
(Sending the signatures electronically is much easier.)

I sure don't like the idea of sending my signature electronically! Not
that anyone could duplicate it.
(as a bank clerk once commented when I was cashning a travelers check
out west "It msut be you,no one else could do that")
But I'd be happy to send mine on a stick-um through snail mail to the
gatherer...
This sounds like a more doable idea. I have a bad feeling that by the
time the book made it's rounds to 60 or so people it would look pretty
shabby, and that a couple of years would go by before it was signed
off on by everyone.
As an aside, does anyone know where the travelling P&S camera project
ended up?
