Being fit is way more important than being skinny. I never did lose all the inches I gained after my shoulder injury some 18 months ago (I have no idea what my weight is, as I don't own a scale). However, my daily cycle commute is about 15 to 20 km each way, and I make it a brisk ride. I often ride longer on weekends. From a cardio-vascular point of view, I'm (if I might be immodest) in pretty damn good shape (especially for my age). I don't worry about my size, I just want to be fit and feeling good. Sounds like you're already feeling good about your running - which is the main thing! cheers, frank (who hopes he doesn't come across sounding preachy) -- "Sharpness is a bourgeois concept." -Henri Cartier-Bresson -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
