Good list. I concur. Although I've never had a problem with banding with the K10D. Also, the K10D already has a spot to store the IR remote in the battery grip. I don't think you'd want to make the camera itself larger to accommodate this. But for those of us who have know problem with size and therefore use the grip, the remote caddy is a great feature. I don't know if the kind of high ISO low-noise performance you're asking for is currently possible, but it certainly wold be nice. I think there's always going to be a considerable tradeofff for ISO 3200 speed. CMOS sensors don't seem to have much of a real advantage there.
