Except for express mail, delivery is about all USPS reports, unlike the
commercial companies that track it everytime it goes on, or off, a
truck. I just sent a MO via Priority Mail to a guy in the Boston area.
All the tracking shows it that the post office accepted it on the 4th at
11:11am, and delivered it on the 10th at 10:20am. What is that crap
about Priority Mail being delivered within 3 days anywhere in the country?
