Now that you have the "better" machine and connection, you might bebetter off 
installing 7.2, which is the last of the "proper" Netscapes.  Fully compliant 
and has extras like popup blockers and tabbed pages, which I am sure you will 
love.  A few clicks to make it look like 4.6 8-)))
