Wal-Mart? The only incentive to stay they have is if no one else would
hire you. Mass merchandisers mass merchandise everything including
employees. Any position short of the store manager they figure can be
replaced by the next person who walks in the door. The only reason the
store manager can't be is he does the hiring.
