Windows Security is a firewall. It does not filter mail. It cannot
bounce mail (As mail cannot be bounced by a non-server).
Norton Internet Security can do that on the other hand. But the easiest
way to break a system running Windows is to install Norton software on it.

Unless you're running your own mail server, getting more PDML posts
has nothing to do with your rollback. Probably has more to do with
Doug's behind the scenes work.
