I made that statement in the context of members of the PDML. (The paragraph begins, "From the PDML POV . . .") In that context, I'll stand by that statement, at to the extent that "everyone" means 97%+ Even those that use film scan their results and process with PS or some equivalent product.

The simple facts are not everyone is using digital, and not everyone using digital has Photo Shop. In fact one can set up a pretty nice darkroom for the price of a copy of Photo Shop.
