I have a couple of questions and observations re the K mount compatability, for which i invite discussion: In no particular order:
Is there anything in the *ist film body to prevent another, more upscale model from having full lens compatability? My thought is that this sounds like a very full featured camera at a very low cost. That they have had to compromise lens compatabilty at this price point seems reasonable. That they could add it to another similar camera, and charge extra for it also seems reasonable. Also, I am unsure of a statement from a previous email. The camera will only work with non A type lenses when they are at open aperture? Cannot the lens be used in stopdown?
