Closes #7381. ## Summary - Add `shenyu-plugin-ai-api` as a Spring AI-independent module for the shared AI proxy contracts. - Define protocol-neutral request, response, streaming event, token usage, finish reason, error, and raw upstream request/response models. JSON payloads remain available for unknown protocol- or provider-specific fields; upstream status and headers are represented explicitly. - Add ShenYu SPI contracts for Protocol, Provider, and Transport, with reactive response and stream boundaries. - Keep the existing AI proxy execution path unchanged in this issue. ## Verification - `./mvnw -B -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-ai/shenyu-plugin-ai-api -am test -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true` (20 SPI tests and 2 AI API tests passed; Checkstyle clean). - `./mvnw -B -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-ai/shenyu-plugin-ai-api -am test apache-rat:check -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true` (RAT: 0 unapproved files). - `./mvnw -B -pl shenyu-plugin/shenyu-plugin-ai/shenyu-plugin-ai-api dependency:tree -Dincludes=org.springframework.ai` (no Spring AI dependencies). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
