I opened [#7401](https://github.com/apache/shenyu/issues/7401) and [#7402](https://github.com/apache/shenyu/pull/7402) to fix the reproducible baseline failure in `HeartbeatFailureIsolationTest` separately. The PR adds the missing `subscriber.start()` call; the full `shenyu-client-core` module then passes locally (101 tests, Checkstyle clean).
