Follow-up CI evidence after `f8652bfcc`: - Resolver/test-only changes now keep the IT-K8s `changes` job but skip the real four-protocol build matrix. - Changes to `.github/workflows/integrated-test-k8s-ingress.yml` still resolve the full four-protocol matrix and remain covered by the routing regression test.
