## What this PR does - adds a dynamic `k8s_ingress_matrix` output to the test-case resolver - maps gRPC, WebSocket, HTTP, and Dubbo changes to their matching IT-K8s case - keeps all four cases for shared gateway/control-plane/build changes - deduplicates cases when several files from the same protocol change - makes workflow/resolver changes run all four cases for validation ## Why The current workflow starts all four IT-K8s jobs whenever any relevant protocol changes. A typical full run consumes about 29.9 runner-minutes even when only one protocol needs coverage. ## Validation - verified the matrix fixture fails on master because no matrix output exists - protocol fixtures each resolve to one case - shared-core fixture resolves to all four cases - mixed gRPC/WebSocket fixture resolves to two unique cases - unrelated AI fixture resolves to an empty matrix - existing K8s resolver tests, Bash syntax, ShellCheck, YAML lint, Actionlint, and `git diff --check` pass ## Expected benefit A single-protocol change should consume roughly 7-10 runner-minutes instead of about 30, saving approximately 20-23 runner-minutes and reducing runner queue pressure. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
