## What this PR does - prevents `shenyu-e2e/**` changes from starting main reactor CI, IT, or IT-K8s builds - prevents regular `shenyu-integrated-test/**` changes from starting E2E or IT-K8s builds - keeps IT-K8s test paths in IT-K8s only - preserves CI, IT, E2E, and IT-K8s coverage for production protocol changes - adds executable domain-routing fixtures to the CI changes job ## Why The merge of #7341 only changed E2E scripts but consumed about 170 runner-minutes. CI, IT, IT-K8s, and GHCR accounted for about 112 runner-minutes that were unrelated to the E2E change. A normal successful IT-K8s run would raise the avoidable total to roughly 130 runner-minutes. ## Validation - verified the new fixture fails against current master because E2E gRPC selects full CI - E2E gRPC now selects only the gRPC E2E case - regular IT gRPC selects only the gRPC IT case - IT-K8s gRPC selects only IT-K8s - production gRPC still selects CI, IT, E2E, and IT-K8s - existing K8s resolver tests, Bash syntax, ShellCheck, YAML lint, Actionlint, and `git diff --check` pass ## Expected benefit For an E2E-only merge comparable to #7341, avoid approximately 100-130 runner-minutes and eliminate unrelated K8s failures from the required checks. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
