Fixes #633. The Instance page now registers one stable resize listener when it mounts, removes it when it unmounts, and disposes both ECharts instances. Chart renders no longer add anonymous listeners, so refreshes and namespace changes cannot accumulate handlers. Added focused tests for resizing and disposing initialized charts.
