Fixes #6488 Apollo MODIFIED events currently leave the cached instance JSON unchanged, so selectInstances() keeps returning an old host, port and URI after the existing key is updated. Handle MODIFIED with the same cache write as ADDED. Add listener-driven regression coverage for updates, additions/deletions and changes to unrelated services. The update test fails before the fix (old host returned) and passes afterward. Validation: - Passed: `./mvnw -s /tmp/shenyu-maven-central-settings.xml -pl shenyu-registry/shenyu-registry-apollo -am test` (including Checkstyle). - Passed: `git diff --check`. - Full clean install is running in a clean worktree; the result will be updated here.
