## What this PR does - Invokes the export callback after the namespace configuration download completes, allowing the export modal to close. - Avoids parsing an undefined import result when a successful import returns `data: null`. - Preserves the import-result modal when the backend returns result details. - Adds regression tests for both cases. ## How it was tested - `npm run test:coverage` - `npm run lint` - `npm run build --if-present` - Manually verified export with HTTP 200 closes the modal. - Manually verified import with `data: null` no longer throws `JSON.parse(undefined)`.
