That contract looks right, and it matches `DefaultRolloverStrategy` already: a `min` below 1 or a `max` below `min` logs and falls back instead of failing. It also removes the lost event on `.gz` and `.zip`. It flips the tests that assert `IllegalArgumentException`, and a warning per rollover repeats forever, so log it once per resolved level. @ppkarwasz, this changes documented `.zip` and `.gz` behaviour, so your call before @katstack writes it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
