Dear everyone,

I hope this email find you well.

We are exploring the possibility of bying a new 3D surfacic scanner and we are not sure which one is the best on the market today.

We are looking for a scanner that is:

- geometrically accurate (of course),

- can work on objects of various sizes from ~3x3 cm to >30cm (bones, skulls)

- provide texturized/colorized models (that helps for landmark positioning)

- Ideally with both manual and automatic modes

- that is fast to acquire the models (I saw some models that needs only ~3minutes for the full reconstruction)

- with the best quality/price ratio

Any advise is welcomed and if you can send me the model that you use, if you are happy with it or not, if it matchs our criteria, and an estimate of the cost I can compile and share the result of this small survey.

Thanks a lot

Have a nice week-end
