Dear All,
I am looking for geometric morphometric papers where people compared, in
2D photos, the magnitude of digitization error (same pics landmarked
twice or more) with that due to the orientation of the specimens (two
pics or more for each specimen). I'd like to know how much variance the
different sources accounted for and I am mainly interested in this when
applied to 'highly 3D' structures such as vertebrate crania, mandibles,
long bones etc.
Suggestions on refs or pdfs are very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
Andrea
