If by 'distribute' you mean 'distribute in base', check the archives
(and the FAQ, for that matter). For example, a thread on Postfix
passed by last week. Or try the ports collection and the packages
OpenBSD distributes.

Try the sources, probably somewhere in the src/gnu directory. If
developers find BSD-licenced additions or replacements suited for
inclusion, they probably will do so.

http://www.openbsd.org/lyrics.html#36 comes to mind. Currently,
OpenBSD includes XFree86 4.4.0.
