   If you need help, you need to provide information on what you did.  You 
cannot ask people to read up articles for you.  Please provide the protocol 
briefly.  If a gel does not polymerise, it is usally something to do with the 
proton donor used and the catalyst, whcih are usually APS and TEMED which helps 
Bis to crosslink the acrylamide monomers.   The second reason might be badly 
oxidised or old acrylamide or Bis-acrylamide or their solutions, third reason 
might be (very unlikely) dirty plates which were not washed properly.  There 
could be a host of other reasons and variables.  So provide a detailed 
protocol.  DO NOT attach it.  Bionet does not allow attachments or website 
addresses.

Could any please tell me why my Native PAGE is not polymerizing. I have
