Hi Sudheer Babu. S, in the article you sent, the native gel described in the paper seems to have no problem, it shouldn't go wrong; suggest you recheck your ingredients, buffers shouldn't be too old (suggest < 6 mths) & at right pH, APS should prepare fresh every time you do your gel.
