For some reason a few of the files in the tar file for 3.1 were
duplicated. This isn't a problem when you are extracting from
the tar, but when creating a Debian package a diff from the
upstream source is created (so we can distribute pristine
upstream source) and having duplicate files causes problems.

To create the source for the Debian archive, I simply repackaged
the file. This is frowned upon as it means that the md5sum
doesn't match the source found on www.mesa3d.org.

All I'm asking is that newer versions don't have this problem.
