Same problem :(
When it stuck - in kernel log
kernel: sonewconn: pcb 0xfffff80328c68930: Listen queue overflow: 1 already
in queue awaiting acceptance (14114 occurrences)
and this line disappears from netstat -Lan
tcp4 0/0/1024 192.168.0.32.11211
