Further test did not reproduce the error so the chance is high that either
FreeBSD 10.1 or Memcached 1.4.22 fixed it. As we don't know what caused the
problem it is not 100% sure though.
We've upgraded our servers showing the problem to see if the problem
disappears in production, too.
