In case of a road death, who is liable for the MeeGo compliant application that has the same library bundled within it (as that is the alternative of not having Extras/Surrounds) ? Though I would ask myself first why anyone would allow Joe Coder's 3D pacman (MeeGo compliant or not) to run on mission critical hardware in the first place ? I'm still not sure if we are all on the same page here. The original stated compliance program goal was that if something is MeeGo compliant, it should be *ABLE* to run on a MeeGo compliant device and not that it *must* be allowed to run on it.
