Some time ago, I did a little study of the emails we received wrt to Precedence: List, Precedence: bulk, etc. at $DAYJOB ticketing system, so e.g. they should be filtered rather to enter there. The conclusion was that there were legitimate ticketing systems we wanted to interact with for each of those, so gave up on taking any action based on that header. OTOH, our ticketing system doesn't autoreply emails. PS: Worst offender in my opinion is certain system copying your own headers into their reply. Thus triggering loop prevention rules since their reply contains a header claiming to have originated on the receiving system. _______________________________________________ mailop mailing list [email protected] https://list.mailop.org/listinfo/mailop
