Here is my response I got from ”MessageGears” after sending the issue with 
Shopify to this mailing list, and the [mailop] tag in the subject line is clear 
someone has attached a ticket system to the mailing list. So the administrator 
for mailop needs to track down which email is bound to this ticket system and 
kick it out from list:
