both of them do have business within the borders of the European Union, 
don't they?

If so, what about the GDPR whip then?

No double opt-in... Check!

No process for data deletion accoprding to articel 17 of the GDPR... Check!

Doubtful process to get in contact with their respective and at best 
irregularly responsive DPO...
