I have successfully reached the support team via this contact form (for a 
similar issue, related to the fact that I had several shop accounts, nailed to 
individual merchant accounts (i.e. [email protected] 
<mailto:[email protected]>), and wanted to migrate to a solo shopify acct).

I'd send an email there.
