Hi Tamara.
I believe AddressBook data is located in:
Home > Library > Application Support > AddressBook > AddressBook.data
Yours may have been clobbered but you may have a couple of files in there with previous data in them.
Before doing anything with this stuff, it might be a good idea to make a copy of the folder.
Not sure what to do to recover the data if it's still there, though.
If you don't get any help on this list, you might check out Apples Discussions: (they have a forum for AddressBook questions)
