As an addition to this, none of the accounts actually cost anything
until you use them so simply having them is handy. If you use them, they
cost ... if you don't, they're free. I guess the other side of this is
to get an Ebay account, even if you aren't going to do anything. That
way, when you do, you will appear to have some history instead of having
just signed up yesterday. (I'm wondering if some people actually signed
up years ago and are selling their Ebay identities privately since
everyone seems to have been with Ebay for years. Probably can't be done
but it might be possible.)
