From their site and my experience... Monthly Received Payment: $0.00 USD - $3,000.00 USD Fees per transaction: 2.9% + $0.30 USD
Fees drop as your monthly received payments increase.
I use PayPal for automated software sales and it works quite well and I am reasonably happy with it.
Just have to be careful to differentiate between the legitimate PayPal transaction emails and the scams. Not hard to do but annoying that it has to be done.
