You mean, you cannot assign key command-strokes to an Intellimouse button?!
Not very IntelliGENT ;)

One thing that WAS in Kensington's OS 9 Mouseworks app was being able to
create ADDITIONAL commands beyond those provided by the physical buttons, by
using modifier keys AND the buttons (i.e.: Command-Click). I called them up
yesterday to see if this is coming to OS X. they said they're working on it.

I have a Kensington Orbit ball. I want Expose under my mouse fingers so
much, I'm toying with buying a killer multi-button trackball for it,
alone... But I think I'll hold off.
