Exactly. OS 9 is faster in some ways, yet less flexible in others. Took me
two weeks of using OS X to unlearn waiting for splash screens to go away
when launching apps! :-D OS X's multi-tasking and memory handling allows one
to do more, more often. It was really nice in jag, and even better in
Panther. And Expose? WOW! TOTALLY revamps your workflow! If you have a
multi-button mouse, try to get Expose working on your mouse! I have Tile All
Windows kicks in on chording the buttons, and I have Hide Desktop set for my
bottom-left corner. That's nice and easy on the old motor memory! the
default F keys are not the best way to go, though.
