Greetings Everyone, Thanks for the advice, its all interesting, and informative. I have used terminal to ping Rogers, with varying results, which are relieved once the modem has been unplugged and a count of ten is dun, then a ping can go through. Sometime not, but majority of the time the ping gets through, through the count of return is rather slow, which makes me wonder if the lines to the apartment building might be at fault.
