Your screenshot shows a severely outdated BIOS v3.0.0.
Your best bet is to update the BIOS to the latest BIOS is v6.x.x and then
re-read the Hardware Owner Manual (
https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/poweredge-t610/manuals
; page 61 and page 123) of how the memory needs to be configured.
