Well, I had 2 complete new cpus I wanted to put in that started me
on this mess. I put Once I verified that the first booted "ok" (except
for the "will not fix due to unlicensed upgrade), I put both in, as well as
the full 12 banks of memory.
That gave me the 2 duplicate sets of error message shown in the boot screen.

You might need to check/compare the configuration and firmware version of each
T610 hardware part. Do you have a trusted iDRAC?
What is a trusted iDRAC? Is that a special type of iDRAC?
It told me that the configuration in my PERC 6 was different than what it
shipped
with, but that didn't seem to make a difference.
Basically, it seems to be in what the own-manual says is mirrored ECC mode,
though not sure how it is a mirror given that it didn't reduce memory by 50%.
What does seem to be the case is that the normal bios options to reconfigure
memory seem to disabled and not sure how to disable the lockout or what to
flash to enable normal function.
Thanks for any insight/experiences...
