2 channels of memory went AWOL

I'm curious which two channels died?

I think it was A3+A6, but not sure.

I rotated the memory through different positions multiple times -- yet it always
failed in the same slot.

The new one said I had did not have a Dell approved upgrade in my memory.
and did not have a license for the upgrade, so repair actions would not be
applied.

Here is a picture of the boot time message.

The bios setting for configuring the memory seems to be locked:

It also said something about me needing a 'vflash' to authorize a license
for the memory upgrade (not really an upgrade, as the board arrived with 0 mem).

So how I get rid of this locked condition so I can use the rest of my memory?

Thanks!

p.s. no working at Moto-blackBerry...sorry.
