Hi @ktecho, Thank you for the clarification. I will ignore the ACPI issue for now, and just focus on the random reboots.
Nothing is standing out in any of the logs other than I noticed you had suspended the machine and resumed it. 1) Does this only happen after a suspend and resume? 2) It sounds like you first hit this issue while using the XanMod kernel, so you reinstalled Kubuntu 24.04, and the issue is persisting. Is that the case? 3) Which version of the XanMod kernel did you use? 4) As this started happening somewhat recently, can you boot off of the USB install media, and use the system without installing it, and see if it crashes then? Or, you could install and not apply any updates. I want to see if the kernel in the install media didn't have this issue to it, and only one of the recent updates introduced it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2076296 Title: LG gram suddenly restarts itself Status in linux package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Ubuntu version: Kubuntu 24.04 LTS Kernel version: 6.8.0-39-generic Al packages updated to current. Since 1 or 2 months ago, the computer crashes, restarting suddenly. What happens is the power light goes off and everything shuts down, then it starts again with the LG gram logo. It would appear as a hardware problem, but I've had Windows 10 installed for a few weeks and it worked flawlessly. I had the XanMod kernel installed, so I thought the problem could be related with that, but I've now reinstalled cleanly Kubuntu 24.04 without any PPA related with drivers, and the problem is appearing again.
