Hi @ktecho,

Thank you for taking the time to open this bug report.

I just want to make sure I understand everything going on here...

There is a fix upstream that Diogo submitted, and you would like for it
to make it into the Noble (24.04) kernel. That patch should fix the
issue you are hitting. And with that patch, you should be able to
remove the changes in the command line (acpu_mask...).

If that is about right, can I provide you a test kernel to try to see if
it fixes it for you?

Title:
  LG gram suddenly restarts itself

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubuntu version: Kubuntu 24.04 LTS
  Kernel version: 6.8.0-39-generic

  Al packages updated to current.

Since 1 or 2 months ago, the computer crashes, restarting suddenly.
What happens is the power light goes off and everything shuts down,
then it starts again with the LG gram logo. It would appear as a
hardware problem, but I've had Windows 10 installed for a few weeks
  and it worked flawlessly.

I had the XanMod kernel installed, so I thought the problem could be
related with that, but I've now reinstalled cleanly Kubuntu 24.04
without any PPA related with drivers, and the problem is appearing
  again.
