[digikam] [Bug 482944] The date is wrong! Digikam appears to be using modified date not the create date despite there being a "date taken" tag in windows properties.

A likely cause could also be an already closed Bug 481630 in digiKam-8.3.0. If
there is heavy use of an SQLite database, this will result in data records
being discarded and not being saved to the database.
