[digikam] [Bug 482944] The date is wrong! Digikam appears to be using modified date not the create date despite there being a "date taken" tag in windows properties.

In my office (more that 4500 people using computer on the same network), the
native Microsoft antivirus is deployed everywhere on Windows computers (Windows
10).
