[digikam] [Bug 482944] The date is wrong! Digikam appears to be using modified date not the create date despite there being a "date taken" tag in windows properties.

can you try with the 8.3.0 pre-rellease available here :

Note : the database contents must be sync with the file metadata. Use
Tools/Maintenance/Sync Metadata and Database to do it
