I took a short video on my phone ( https://youtu.be/nj7FB1_pWw8 ), I would use "Automatic" VRR which appears not to have this particular issue on my configuration but that gives me a black screen every time it switches on or off which makes it unusable. It would be very nice if the "Always" VRR refresh rate would set to the desktop refresh rate and only 'unlock' when "Automatic" VRR would enable.
