I have the exact same problem. My main monitor is 4k, my secondary monitor is
1080p, when I drag a window from 4k to 1080p I can only see "one quarter" of
it. I have to take extra steps to maximize it/extra clicks. I've migrated from
X11 to Wayland recently, and I don't remember this happening before.
